Spring Retreat is a year-end tradition for our movements of Cru at Ohio State and Central State. Together we'll head away from campus for a weekend of community, worship, learning, and fun. Whether you've been connected to Cru all year or you've just started to come around, Spring Retreat is a great way to dive into community, connect with God, remember what He has done this year, and grow in your faith. Here's just a few of the things you can expect to experience at Spring Retreat.
Three Main Sessions with Worship and Talks from Seniors in our Cru Movements
On Friday night, Saturday morning, and Saturday night, we will have main sessions with worship led by the RealLife Band, talks about from seniors about what God has taught them during college, stories of how God is at work in our lives, and small group (no worries, we will assign these when you arrive!) times where we will discuss what we are learning.
Time for Fun in Community
Spring Retreat is a great opportunity to meet new friends and deepen relationships with old friends. From intentional conversations in your Spring Retreat Pod, to playing games and having fun during free times, to competing alongside your class in the annual Clash of Classes, there are so many opportunities to connect.
Time to Connect with God and Reflect
Spring Retreat is a great time to connect with God individually and as a movement of Cru at Ohio State and Central State. Throughout the weekend we will celebrate what God has done in our lives this year by hearing stories, talking with one another, and by worshiping God together. We'll also have time alone with God on Saturday morning to give us a chance to slow down and connect with God reflect on the school year or just enjoy time with Him.
